Our Guarantee

This is a simple thing for us to explain, if you aren’t satisfied with our work; give us another shot at satisfying you or we’ll refund your money. We have amazing quality and customer service standard and we always promise a pleasant/friendly experience.

Sometimes there are extreme infestation cases in which we’ll have make follow-up treatments. In these cases it’s impossible to knock everything out the first time. With this scenario we’ll quote you for each visit, but returned visits are always less expensive. Other than that, if pests come back within a reasonable timeframe after service; give us a call and we’ll retreat for free.

This guarantee also goes for our commercial customers. However, there are a couple things we need to expand on for our commercial customers. Our 24/7 on-call services only apply to commercial clients who subscribe to our regularly scheduled treatment services. Commercial clients can call us 24/7 and we’ll service the call within 24 hours.
